ABOUT MAMAWELL
Mamamwell was founded by Rosie after her postpartum recovery. She focuses on fitness for life. Through pregnancy, postpartum and onto perimenopause.
The Mamawell Method on-demand video workouts are perfect for staying strong and energised at home through pregnancy, post-birth and beyond. Club Mamawell is her new online fitness club for ALL women - the aim being to accompany you on your fitness journey helping you get stronger and feel amazing.
A fitness professional with a dance background, Rosie's workouts draw on her wealth of exercise working with women and include resistance training, cardio, stretches and have a strong focus on mental wellbeing.
ABOUT ROSIE
I trained in London as a dancer and subsequently performed, taught and choreographed shows across the world. Whilst living in New York I developed my passion for fitness by qualifying as a Personal Trainer and choosing to specialise in pre and post-natal fitness, working at the exclusive Equinox Gym.
Alongside caring for my daughters, I aim to empower women to use their bodies to give them strength and energy throughout their pregnancy, childbirth and life afterwards. I'm moving into studying how I can best help women through the menopause. I truly believe being fit and well can positively impact all stages of our life. If you'd like to work with me I offer sessions online.
