DROP-IN CLASSES

Priced at £5 for 48 hours access, these drop-in classes are perfect for those who aren't in the position to sign up for a full membership. They're also great if you have other fitness commitments in the week and need an extra workout on top of that. The selection will be rotated regularly, so you'll always have something new to try.

They are not designed specifically for pregnancy or postpartum, but if you're used to exercising and know your limits then I'd welcome you to try, but you may need to modify some movements. 

You'll need to create a login in order to purchase the session. All sessions are filmed 'live' so you get the full workout experience at home, anytime. These workouts are currently unavailable on the Mamawell app. 

Classic combination of weights and cardio today! We start with a weighted circuit which is a mix of upper and lower body movements and follow it up with an energising cardio circuit which is sure to get the heart pumping. Enjoy this workout - and I hope it brings you lots of energy for your day.

This workout takes you on a journey! First we start with our strength section - strong movements, low impact. Then we do movements that work very similar muscles but in an explosive high impact way. That cardio element will really increase your overall fitness too. This was very energising and I hope will be a perfect addition to your day.

This was a live class - thanks for those who joined live and well done to everyone catching up too. Get really strong through the whole body with this non stop flow. Sit with stillness and a bit of discomfort but notice how that makes you stronger mentally and physically. Arms, legs and abs all get a really good workout here. Enjoy!

Slow down, ground and open up the body with this lovely stretch session. We work the whole body here in a calming but energising way and end with breathwork that will set you up so well for the rest of your day.

Feel the burn in this no equipment Pilates style mat-based workout which finishes with a much needed stretch. We cover all the major muscle groups in a series of exercises which build in intensity - it's one of my favourite ways to move! Calm energy at the end of this one - perfect for carrying you on to your next task of the day.

A quick moving and fun strength and cardio workout for you here. Minimum breaks to bring the burn! Loved this one and I hope you do too.. Feeling it now!

This is a great all over workout where we take only a few breaks, ensuring a nice burn! We cover a fully mobility warm up, then an abs circuits, followed by a lower and upper mixed circuit. Get this one done, you'll feel great afterwards!
